Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out, joinery, MEP, and civil works.
  
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and BOQs for pricing.
  
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and value engineering proposals.
  
• Coordinate with design and project teams for technical clarifications.
  
• Track project budgets, cost variations, and support in final negotiations.
  
• Maintain updated database of material, labor, and subcontractor rates.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  
• 3–5 years’ estimation experience in Dubai interior fit-out/joinery sector.
  
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and Dubai market rates.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
  
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
