This villa stands out for its extensive marble flooring, especially across the exterior and common areas, adding a refined and luxurious feel to the overall design. The scope covered kitchen and bathroom renovation, bedroom makeovers, modern gypsum ceilings, lighting, MEP works, and custom joinery throughout the villa.

What made this project particularly interesting was that the clients were relocating from the older part of the city to a new community and wished to retain much of their existing furniture and joinery. We carefully refabricated, repaired, and integrated these existing pieces to fit seamlessly into the new layout — helping the clients save both cost and time, while maintaining design consistency.
