Business Development Manager (Interior Fit-Out)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert leads into confirmed interior fit-out projects.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, architects, and consultants in Dubai.
  • Understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines to propose tailored solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for project acquisition.
  • Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare winning proposals.
  • Represent Interiofy® at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
  • Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in selling interior fit-out projects in Dubai.
  • Strong client network among EU/Russian expats and Dubai’s luxury real estate market is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Russian, French, German, or Arabic is an advantage.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
