Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert leads into confirmed interior fit-out projects.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, architects, and consultants in Dubai.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines to propose tailored solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for project acquisition.
- Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare winning proposals.
- Represent Interiofy® at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
- Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in selling interior fit-out projects in Dubai.
- Strong client network among EU/Russian expats and Dubai’s luxury real estate market is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Russian, French, German, or Arabic is an advantage.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
