Project Coordinator

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning and execution.
  • Track project deliverables, timelines, and documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain daily progress reports and update stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s in Construction/Interior Design/Architecture.
  • 3–5 years’ project coordination experience in interiors/fit-out.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera is an advantage.
