Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor site progress, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage quality control and compliance with Dubai municipality standards.
- Prepare progress reports and chair project meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 7+ years’ experience in interior fit-out / construction project management in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, permits, and approval processes.
- Leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- PMP certification preferred.
