This project involved a complete transformation of the apartment into a high-end luxury residence, with a strong focus on premium natural finishes and timeless design aesthetics.

A key design requirement from the client was to avoid the use of conventional tiles entirely and instead create a fully refined interior using marble and travertine throughout. This included marble flooring, marble-clad bathrooms, feature walls, and carefully detailed surfaces that bring a rich, elegant, and classical European feel to the space, combined with modern functionality.

Being located in a high-rise tower in Dubai Marina, the execution came with strict operational constraints. Work was limited to approved building hours, with restrictions on noisy activities between 1 PM to 3 PM, as well as no work during weekends. These limitations required detailed planning, phased execution, and efficient coordination to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Despite the time constraints, the project was completed within approximately four months through careful sequencing of civil works, material logistics, and finishing activities.

The final outcome is a luxurious, timeless apartment that reflects sophistication and exclusivity. Designed as a second home, it now serves as a comfortable and elegant retreat for the client’s family during their stays in Dubai, combining functionality with high-end aesthetics in a truly refined living environment.
